 Sketches: This is the first step in creating your floor plan. We will send you two different options of your floor plan. Each one will have one exterior 3-D view. Once you have chosen the floor plan that you prefer, send it back to us via e-mail or fax, with any changes, deletions or additions. Please include a reference number.

We will repeat this process three times. All three times we will send you a 3-D exterior view and basic layout plan. If you ask for additional sketches, we will provide you with them. The sketches will be in PDF format through e-mail, but if we need to contact you, we will do so.

Basic Plans: We will provide you with one copy of 1-4 sheets (24" X 18") with general information of your project which will include the following: Architectural layout-front and back view, roof plan, electrical/plumbing/AC (only general information) and this will be sent to you through regular mail. If the client would like to receive the plans in ACAD or 24" X 36" format, we can do this through regular mail (additional fee will be charge).


Buy Now		 Full Plans: We provide one copy of 1-8 sheets (24 X 36") with general information of your project. Architectural layout - front, back and side views - roof plan - roof disposition - electric/plumbing/AC (general information only), foundation details (standard/non professional engineer), exterior 3-D view with exterior finishes, via regular mail. If the owner wants the ACAD format, we will provide an additional format by regular mail (additional fee will be charge). The full plan will show the most important information concerning your project (non-structural information).

Buy Now		 Building Materials Estimator: This is an additional format with quantities (non-local prices) of the most important parts of your building (non-technical or structural). Through this tool you will be informed of the quantity and size of doors, windows, floor (carpet, tile, or hardwood), counter tops, lights fixtures, plumbing fixtures, mill wood, (base, crown molding, chair/rail exterior finishes (brick, stone, siding), and roof shingles. This format does not include local prices, taxes, installation, structural or engineering information; this is available with the full plan package ONLY. It will be delivered to you in PDF format.
